FastFoam began in a small workshop in West Yorkshire nearly forty years ago. What started as a local supplier to upholsterers has grown into one of the UK's most trusted foam cutters — but we've never lost the craft at our core.

How accurate is the cutting?

Our computer-controlled cutting machines hold tolerances of ±2mm on straight cuts. For most domestic and commercial applications this is more than sufficient. If you need tighter tolerances for a specialist project, get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss.

Can you cut odd shapes?

Absolutely. We cut circles, ovals, wedges, and completely bespoke shapes. For complex shapes, send us a paper template by post or a digital file (DXF, PDF, or even a clear photo with dimensions) and we'll quote accordingly.

Which foam should I choose?

It depends on the use. For occasional-use cushions, Standard foam is ideal. For daily-use sofa cushions, go with Premium. For the finest furniture or long-term comfort, Luxury is the choice. Memory foam is best for mattresses, and Outdoor foam for anything exposed to the elements. Not sure? Call us — we're always happy to advise.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are cut and dispatched within 24 hours. Standard UK delivery takes 1-2 working days, so you'll typically have your foam within 48 hours of ordering. Express next-day cutting is available for urgent orders — just call us.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We're just as happy to cut a single cushion as we are to supply a hundred. There's no minimum order value, though delivery is free on orders over £75.

Do you supply trade customers?

Yes — around half our business is trade. We supply upholsterers, boat builders, motorhome converters, and furniture makers across the UK. Trade accounts get preferential pricing and dedicated account management. Get in touch to set one up.
